So far the app itself is great. A bit disappointed that the add on internet said cost would be 35.00 and change but when it came time to pay, couldn't get to pay pal choice and cost charged to my card was 75 dollars for basic, one year.

Sloppy Documents No More! It's extremely easy to use and affordable. Worth every penny for our Real Estate team. We go through a ton of documents and PDFfiller keeps us looking professional and not sloppy like some agents we do business with. Professionalism is everything in our line of work. I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly. time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures! Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time. It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

Sign now sometimes has a glitch and I have to redo the task What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking documents. Customers say "I didn't know" or "I didn't get it", I can view the audit log.
