I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

I like that you can edit a document as well as sign it! Also you can add signatures afterwards if you forgot the first time!Easy to use and a nice set out.

I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Click on the Edit () icon for the invoice in the Invoices table. Click on the Invoice # link to open the invoice and click on the Edit button.
How do I create an invoice? On the main menu, click on the Orders tab. If you are connected to more than one Coup customer, select their name from the Select Customer dropdown menu. In the PO table that appears, choose the PO you want to invoice, and then click on the yellow coins to create an invoice.
Go to the Orders page or, on the Invoices page, click on the Create Invoice from PO button above the table to go to the Orders page. ) icon for the PO in the Actions' column of the Purchase Orders table. Depending on your customer's settings, the tooltip text of the icon can also be Accepted PO and Create Invoice.
OVERVIEW. Coup provides organizations with an organic procure-to-pay solution that helps increase spend under management. Coup's standard data interfaces allow your platform to capture invoices and send them electronically to Coup.

Getting set up on the CSP is really easy just ask your customer for an invitation and provide them with the email address you'll use to sign in to the portal. Once you accept the invitation and register on the CSP, you'll be automatically connected to your customer.
To edit the invoice, you can either click the Edit Invoice button in the screenshot above, OR you can find it on the main Invoices page, click the drop-down arrow to the right and click Edit. You'll be able to edit any of the data you entered when creating the invoice.
Step 1: Click on your Warranty # to access its options. Step 2: Click on the Upload a File button. Step 3: Select your invoice file from your computer and click Upload. That's it! You should see your uploaded files to the right of the page.
As with spreadsheets, both paper and electronic invoice books exist. You may want to utilize both options by keeping a hard copy of your invoices in a paper book, and then uploading each invoice to your computer to store them in the electronic book. File each invoice in a filing cabinet.
