This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. Working Experience With PdfFiller
i am using this software for about 8 to 9 months. the best thing i found in this software was its feature to send the file online without makuing sure to save first and then send. other feature i liked the most is that i can easily edit the pdf format by using this software. it is really very favorable feature to avoid the conversing to word file for editing.
in my opinion, there must be improvement with the font size of editing text to make it more compatible with text. i face a problem to make the ediding in the same font size . Althorugh, it is same as that of text but it seams different. it makes the file less professional.

Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

What do you like best?
I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document.
What do you dislike?
I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

It is cumbersome to upload every document, fill it out, then download it. I wish there was a free program that let you fill out and sign pdf documents directly
