What do you like best?
The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply.
What do you dislike?
For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

I am in the field of Special Education as an administrator. This year with COVID-19, the difficulty of having documents signed, changing information and moving paperwork quickly has been a real challenge. How do I upload a PDF to Open edX?
Select either Add your first textbook or New Textbook. On the page that opens, enter the Textbook Name. Enter the Chapter Name. Next to Chapter Asset, select Upload PDF to upload a PDF from your computer, and then follow the prompts to upload your file.
How do you add an image in Open edX?
To add a course image in Studio, follow these steps. From the Settings menu, select Schedule & Details. In the Course Card Image section, complete one of the following steps. If you have not yet added the image to the course, select Upload Course Card Image, and then follow the prompts to find and upload your image.
How do I open a course in edX?
After you enroll in a course from the edX course catalog, the course is listed on your dashboard at edx.org. You will find the start date below the course name. To begin click View Course. (If the course start date hasn't passed, the View Course button won't be available.)

How do I submit an assignment to edX?
If your course uses teams, there is a Teams tab on the course navigational menu. If your team ORA assignment requires or allows you to submit images or other types of files, you find two buttons below the response field: Choose Files one one side of the page, and Upload Files on the other side of the page.
