I use it for filling out work related forms. The forms look much better when filled out online rather than writing in all of the data. I'm able to save a copy online or on my computer, rather than filing a hard copy. It's very convenient and the forms look good too.

What do you like best?
I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.
What do you dislike?
I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My team saves insane big amount of time for working with papers. So, our productivity dramatically increased.

I like the fact that you can upload any document and make the necessary changes.

I dislike that you sometimes it freezes and doesn't allow you to upload quickly.

I have not had many problems . I enjoy I can easily stamp a signature on forms and send them out quickly.

PDF Filler PDF Filler made my job easier, I can now get out, receive and process documents in a more timely manner. I love PDF Filler! What great software. It is so professional to have my documents be PDF fillable and helps my Members who do not have easy access to a computer. Hmm... There is really nothing that I dislike about PDF Filler. Why is PDF opening in HTML?

You probably just need to right click on any PDF file, then select 'Open With' then 'Choose another app' which will bring up a list of programs. Select the viewer you want and check the 'Always use this app to open . PDF files' checkbox.
