I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

Great software. Only thing is that i wish the email could be modified to where i can get paperwork sent directly to it. The automated one we're given is way to complicated to remember so copy and paste it is. Other than that this is amazing software.

It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable

Forms are fairly easy to fill out however it would be better if there was a tab function to go between blocks.

This review is primarily for the customer service. This company had extremely quality customer service. FAST responses. I would definitely recommend trying it out for that alone, they will work through and address any issues you have. You won’t be disappointed. Great job.

Accidentally subscribed after the free trial but the customer service team was super helpful at refunding.
Also the software seemed really good when I briefly used it.

Open the MMC (Start > Run > MMC). Go to File > Add / Remove Snap In. Double Click Certificates. Select Computer Account. Select Local Computer > Finish. Click OK to exit the Snap-In window. Click [+] next to Certificates > Personal > Certificates. Right click on Certificates and select All Tasks > Import.
