Excellent company excellent service
Although when testing the service it did not meet my requirements a month later an annual Bill showed up on one of my payment accounts. This just happened minutes ago and I was up working on a project so I immediately responded. Surprisingly somebody answered the phone at the company. I was able to refer them to my account they could see where I had stopped the service immediately upon testing it because it didn't fit all of my requirements this all happened last month however as a young lady told me the cancellation process takes several steps and somewhere during that process the cancellation was not 100% completed. However she sees where I never utilized the service I did cancel it she immediately moved into action return the payment that was incorrectly processed and was super helpful and super friendly. The Reps name was Sally I am super impressed with not only her but PDF filler because of the fact that they honored my displeasure and something like I said through the process fell through the cracks however I was able to contact them they were able to easily see what was happening with my account and rectify my complaint. I want to vote the company a plus plus because nowadays service is not even a thing anymore it seems rarely can you find a company that stands behind their product and they do so by providing support Saturday morning at 5:00 a.m. LOL so yeah I was super pleased with the service although they did not provide what I was looking for the company still will always be on my good list in terms of consideration in case in the future they do provide the needs that I have. A+ Plus

While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

What is ISP certificate?
International Standards For Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISP 15) is an International Phytosanitary Measure developed by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPC) that directly addresses the need to treat wood materials of a thickness greater than 6 mm, used to ship products between countries.
What does ISP mean?
ISP 15 stands for the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15. They are a set of regulations which were set up to help prevent the spread of pests and diseases through the use of wood in packaging materials used in international trade.
Are heat treated pallets required for us?
U.S. Imports of Wood Packaging All WPM entering or transiting through the U.S. are required to be either heat treated or fumigated with methyl bromide as described above. All WPM must be marked with the approved international logo shown above to certify that it has been treated by one of the approved measures.
Is plywood ISP 15 compliant?
Applicable and Exempt Products Under ISPM-15 Products that are exempt from the standard include alternative materials such as plastic, paper, metal, and engineered wood products such as plywood, hardboard, and oriented strand board. ISPM-15 is applicable only to those countries that adhere to the IPC guidelines.
Does Australia require heat treated pallets?
Australia has published requirements adopting ISP 15 for wood packaging material (WPM). The regulation became effective January 1, 2006. ISP 15 treated WPM does not require a treatment certificate providing that the relevant required packing declaration indicates ISP 15 compliance and freedom from bark.
Does Dubai require heat treated pallets?
Due to international regulations, heat treatment is an increasing concern for companies shipping products using wood pallets. The international export standard, ISP 15, requires that all wood packaging material be heat-treated at a core temperature of 56 degrees Celsius for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Does Canada require heat treated pallets?
Right now, pallets move back and forth between Canada and the United States without the special treatment that's required under ISP 15. This regulation requires that wood packaging material being shipped internationally be heat-treated to kill insects or larvae that could infest native woodlands.
What is the fumigation certificate?
A fumigation certificate, sometimes referred to as a pest-control certificate, is a document that serves as confirmation that any wooden packing materials (i.e., pallets) used in a cargo shipment have been fumigated. They contain details such as treatment purpose, fumigants used, and temperature range.
