It works good but is clumsy to figure out some things should be easier like saving an altered document to your computer. Currently I have to pretend to print it then in the printer tell it to save as a PDF to my computer instead.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

Great customer service support Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

Their Customer service is superb. Their Customer service is superb. I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled. PDF Filler Software The pdfFiller is a game changer. The software saves the user time by allowing the user to complete customizable fields and then sign the documents right on the screen. It eliminates the need to print any paperwork if the user chooses not to. The document can be legibly completed by typing directly into the fields which eliminates the effort of having to physically write out what is needed. The software helps to save time for the user. I do not have any dislikes that I would like to share about this product. This product has been a game changer for my business.
