I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!

My county require residential construction plans modified to meet 140 mph wind standards. I was unable to reach my building designer. I was able to cut and paste drawings from the manual that I hope will meet their standards.

Good Quality
My experience with PDFfiller is old, when I still needed to install the software. Nowadays I don't use it anymore, but in my college days it was very useful.
The conversion of documents on the PDFfiller website is quite simple and does not change the structure of the actual document, which can be up to 150 pages. For most files, this is a good size.
I find PDFfiller useful only for those who work with many documents to pay a monthly fee that is not high, but it is still something to consider.

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.
