I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had an issue that customer service handled quickly and professionally. I was very impressed! I highly recommend working with this company they have excellent customer service.

Easy to work with and fast responding time. I did not use it as much as I thought, and thought I had canceled it but apparently did not. They helped and refunded the money without question in a very quick time.

Super customer service
Used this as a one off and forgot to unsubscribe and when i was charged i asked for a refund and the customer service team were very understanding and kind to refund me. Bruce in particular was quick and helpful!

What do you like best?
I can copy, save my files and print off the site to get my 1099's and if I like I can email my workers this for the convenience of saving the stamp.
What do you dislike?
sometimes its hard to find a certain item I need but with the Help Chat they found it very quickly for me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use the site for my 1099's and used it once for a Bill of Sale item I sold.

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.
