So far so good. One change I would like to see, when I insert check marks and x's on a specific row, they come out unaligned. WOuld be nice if they were all aligned

What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!

We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!
The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.

What is PDF a compliance?
PDF/A is an ISO-standardized version of the Portable Document Format (PDF) specialized for use in the archiving and long-term preservation of electronic documents. PDF/A differs from PDF by prohibiting features unsuitable for long-term archiving, such as font linking (as opposed to font embedding) and encryption.
How do you know if a PDF is compliance?
Hi, it might be a good idea to run a preflight inspection. Open the PDF and choose Tools > Print Production > Preflight. Choose PDF/A compliance and “Analyze”.
How do I check if a PDF is compliance?
Open Tab «PDF Standards», select «Verify compliance with PDF/A-1b» (or PDF/A-2b) and click on «Analyze» : Page 2 5. If the file is already compliant with PDF/A Standard, the following message appears: If the PDF file is not PDF/A compliant (if error messages appear): 6.
How do I make a PDF compliant?
Open a PDF file that you wish to conform to PDF/A.
Choose File> Save As> More Options> PDF/A.
The Save As Window appears. Click the Settings button.
The Preflight window appears. (A) Choose PDF/A-1b for Federal Court Filings.
Click OK again to save and conform the file.
