It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. For the most part this is an easy and reliable program to navigate. Some forms expect utilization of the text tool which does not always lend to professional format or uniformity. I am unclear whether this is a function of PDFfiller or the form itself.

PDF Filler is super simple to use. I love that you can just click where you need to put information (whether it’s a checkbox, words, etc) and it’s done. If you have a form that you use often you can even save it as a template so you don’t have to go back in and create new boxes each time.

I’ve had a few issues with the site being down but this only lasted for short periods of time. Otherwise, the product itself is fantastic.

This web site is quick and easy to use and their support is amazing. I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.
