Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. The fill in is with text boxes like in word. That works well. It worked well. Not as good as a PDF document that already has input fields but much better than printing the PDF document and filling it in by hand,
