With this document I had to learn how to rotate the document which took an inquiry on the internet to find the instructions. Could not seem to open any help window for the instruction.

What is the shortcut to edit cell comment?
An easy way to remember this keyboard shortcut. The F2 key edits the cells content, whereas Shift-F2 edits the cells comment. If you would rather insert a comment via the ribbon, click Review (tab) → Comments (group) → New Comment.

Shift + F10 to open right-click menu. Type “m” to Delete comment.
