Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
