It appears to be a good program and I intend to use it in my business and practice. One of the problems that I see is that there should be clearer explanations for some of the fields.

Mostly I am thrilled with this service I didn't know I needed... until this week... and I needed it twice!! The form MC 030 was glitchy when it came to cut and pasting and editing the comments section. My only complaint.

I have been a Broker for 46 years and I use to have an admin assistant that handled all my paperwork
But now I work from home, no admin person or receptionist, I am Chief Bottle washer & Cook
I chatted with Bob Today on a Technical issue on the size of a PDF, He was able to reduce it

Very easy and intuitive, the learning curve is very small. Tiny differences in the drawing between what you see on the screen and in the printed document.

Fast loading program works great
Fast loading program works great for someone that has to complete a lot of pdf forms and don't want to have to handwrite the forms and mail them in.

What do you like best?
The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.

The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.

It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.
