Great. Had trouble logging in as I kept getting redirected to "PDFESCAPE". I'm not a computer person, but couldn't get here until I actually typed in your complete e-mail address. customer service was excellent I had an issue with information and then computer shutting down. Helped me retrieve that form and walked me through. If I needed this service I would use this service.

Prompt and Efficient Response
They responded to my request for chat support quickly. When on line they worked to get me what I needed. My need was fulfilled satisfactorily, even though it took quite some time. My lack of knowledge may have contributed to the length of time for the matter to be resolved. All agents were prompt.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. She helped me figure out my dilemma. Thank youMathieu

How do I turn off print and copy on a PDF?
Select the option “Single PDF Document Security” and push the button “Next >”
Click “Browse” button to open a PDF file will be encrypted.
Uncheck “Enable Copying of content”, and click “Save” or “Save as button to disallow copying permission in the PDF file.
How do I protect a PDF file from being copied for free?
Open your PDF.
Go to Protect Tab.
Click Password.
Enter Password.
Select the Printing allowed dropdown.
Select None means to prevent printing.
Select the Changes Allowed dropdown.
Select None -means the highest level of protection.
How do I protect a PDF from copying and printing for free?
Protect PDF from Copying and Editing Go to the “Protect” tab, then click the “Set Password” button. Then select the option of “Permission Password”. Enter your desired password and permissions. Once confirmed, click on “Save” button to apply, and save your PDF file.
Can you prevent a PDF from being printed?
To prevent printing of a PDF file, uncheck the “Allow the document to be printed” option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled or when a user password is set.
