It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. I was able to make a Loan Agreement in purchasing a Manufactured Home in Florida for my x-husband so we could have it and a POA for him at the closing on May 23, 2022. Thanks for your help in this free document service that finally worked for me. I live in Michigan and needed to protect my interest in this new home for him and two others that used to live in his Adult Foster Care Home in Grand Rapids, MI seventeen years ago. So I really appreciated your documents that we both will sign and he will have his Notarized at the Closing.

What do you like best?
I love the fact that we can collect uploads AND money through filled PDFS
What do you dislike?
The entire site is very confusing and we have a hard time understanding where our active sheets are located within the site. We see things like "documents" and then we make a new template ... then lose which template is live and which one isn't. I also don't care for the fact that we cannot choose to have ZERO color in the field that the customer sees for filling in and I would love to be able to disable the "lock to grid" feature that is clearly on at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend reading through the site, reading through all the tutorials you can and getting very organized about what you are going to do before getting started.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We no longer have to deal with faxing our documents to customers to fill out, sign and fax back. We just tell them to go to our website . They are also so much more likely to complete the entire process including sending us pictures that we require and we no longer lose the pictures or get confused as to where everything is.

Awesome platform for everything to with PDFs. Would thoroughly recommend if you have document collation to do or any other form of PDF editing. The icing on the cake is the fast, polite and friendly customer service team.

How do I print a document with comments?
Open a document that has comments. If the comments option doesn't show immediately, go to Review > Show Markup, and select only Comments from the list. Click File > Print. Under Settings, select Print Markup. Click Print. Your document will print with comments.
How do I print a document without track changes?
To prevent the Track Changes marks from being printed, click the button below Settings (the button probably says Print All Pages). Under Document Info on the drop-down menu, notice there's a check mark next to Print Markup. Select Print Markup to remove the check mark.
How do I print without comments in Word 2013?
On the File tab, click Print. Under Settings, click the arrow next to Print All Pages. Click Print Markup.
