I like the ease of use. I do think the help system needs and upgrade. Should have a searchable index. It is hard to find topics. I am an experienced software guy and just want to find out how to do thinks.

Easy to use
I couldn't do my job without this tool. I utilized this everyday as I create and fill out forms quite often. Its very simple and does not take any time to understand how to utilize the software.
At times it can give you problems when you try and save and add certain things. I've also had problems copy certain areas.

Great tool!
Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics.
If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics.
It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

I like that I can recreate forms and make them to where they can just be filled in through the computer
It was a little bit hard to figure out exactly how to get started with it but once I did it was easy

Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

It works great and I had 1 slight problem
It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.

best out there, has opportunities to get better
generally very positive. i used the free trial for a month and switched to the yearly plan.
this is by far the best pdf editor i tried using. the biggest selling point is converting the files without losing the layout and the possibility to edit copy and somewhat match the font
i noticed that while editing copy the font size of the original text shifts a pixel down and the font weight automatically turns to lighter than original.
still the best font matching abilities of all the tools, but sometimes a pain

Can I go to Staples to print something?
You're never away from the office with Copy & Print. You can access the cloud, make copies, scan documents, send faxes, shred files and use the computer rental station at a Staples location. With a Staples always store nearby, we're your office on the go.
How do I print something at Staples?
Choose File > Print. Use your default printer (Black2Sided on staff-printer) or choose a different print type. Click Printer Properties. Choose the Output tab. Under Output Options > Staple: Click the arrow next to None and choose the type of stapling you need. Click OK. Click Print. Release your document from the printer.
What is Staples copy and print?
Valid in U.S. stores, online or by phone. Excludes Daily Deals, self-service print, computer workstation, faxing, outsourced print, stamps, and shipping services. Each item purchased can only be discounted by one coupon, applied by cashier in the order received and prior to tax.
How much does it cost per page to print?
Cost per print varies between printer brands and models. In general, ink jet printers have a higher average cost per page of about 20-cents for a colored print, and 7.5-cents for black and white.
Can you print something from your phone at Staples?
Print from your mobile device Email your document to staples@printme.com and expect a confirmation email. Step 2: Select Print, then Email on any one of our in-store self-serve machine's touch screens.
How do I print a PDF at Staples?
Staples self-serve print is available by emailing your document or email to staples@printme.com. Any center with self-serve capability will have the option to retrieve the document for printing. Make sure you make note of the code you get in response.
