I need to let you know that I jumped the gun on submitting my prior severely bad review. Knoll G ended up figuring out the issue and assisted greatly in resolving it. She had much more patience than I had as I had been trying to figure out where everything had been changed to from when I used your site the year before. After 4 hours of much frustration, Knoll G saved the day. I would like to ask for you to somewhat disregard my initial review. I only say somewhat because I feel that the site had such a huge change from last year's "easy to use" formatting. I never needed to use support help. That said, I would like to praise Knoll G. She never gave up even when I did. Huge THANK YOU for not giving up Knoll! You're great and I hope you get some sort of reward for going above and beyond.
I would also like to add a technical note...I don't know how everything is viewed on the companies side, but it was very difficult to work with support in terms of the chat box. Every time Knoll G gave me a direction to go and I went (which means the screen changed), I would lose the chat box and had to wait for Knoll G to type and send me something before the box would reappear and then I could respond. It only added to my then current frustration so your site coders might want to look into that.

Easy to use.
I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use.
UI looks a bit sophisticated, but it does what you need. Sometimes the support service takes a long time

Gets the job done!
Amazing, all sorts of adjustments can be made (Text, highlight, signature, templates etc). User friendly and a simple enough design. Cheaper too! My only issue is internet connection, perhaps if it was available offline (I'm not sure if that's a feature or not), it would honestly replace Adobe Acrobat all together.

How do I turn on double-sided printing?
Set up a printer to print to both sides of a sheet of paper Click the File tab. Click Print. Under Settings, click Print One Sided, and then click Manually Print on Both Sides. When you print, Word will prompt you to turn over the stack to feed the pages into the printer again.
Why can't I print double sided in PDF?
If the print on both sides option is missing, you may not be able to print a double-sided PDF automatically, because your printer probably doesn't support the option. That being said, you can simulate double-sided printing by first printing even-numbered pages and selecting the 'Reverse pages' option that appears.
Why won't my PDF print both sides?
If you don't see a Print on Both Sides pane, then your selected printer doesn't support duplex printing. Or, the feature is turned off (see Verify that printer features are turned on). Click OK, and then click OK again to print.
How do you print double sided on Android PDF?
At the top right, select More. From the pop-up menu, select Printer Settings. You will now see the 2-sided option. Enable this feature from your Android device by activating the slider.
