PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

Worked well. Looks like a good program. I was only using it for one foerm, and do not feel I need the program. You charged me for a full year $72.00, when I felt I WASA SUBSCRIBING FOR ONE MONEH. PLEASE REFUND TTHE DIFFERENCE.

I liked the access to all the forms. It was great. And as I tried to do ever more complicated things with the forms (strikethroughs, initialing the corrections in random places, etc.) I learned more and more about the tools the platform has. It has just about everything you could imagine.

Fantastic at converting pdf to word and also editing a pdf file. Getting yourself around the menu's is a little clunky and takes a while to get used too.

This program is easier to navigate than the Adobe PDF program. I have used it for many forms that are not fillable and it looks a million times better than my handwriting!!

Initially
Initially, it was a bit difficult to insert the text; but after a while I discovered the "T" tool for aligning texts. I also like the fact that I had choices for signatures.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

What are examples of CUI?
CUI is an umbrella term that encompasses many different markings to identify information that is not classified but which should be protected. Some examples you may be familiar with: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (SPII)
How do I mark CUI on a document?
All documents containing CUI must indicate the agency of designation (a letterhead, signature block, or “Controlled By” line) on the first page or cover of all documents containing CUI. Include the contact information of the designating agency, and identify a point of contact or division within the organization.

Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) is information that requires safeguarding or dissemination controls pursuant to and consistent with applicable law, regulations, and government-wide policies but is not classified.
