Excellent website with great features I receive documents from my client's customers that need to be filled out and signed by my client. These are handled by PDFFILLER quickly and efficiently. It's very easy to fill in PDF files and it's just as simple to add and insert signatures. Sometimes movements within the website are a bit lengthy. After downloading a completed document, returning to the exact page would be nice.

I like everything except when filing in… I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

Indian Degree certificate attestation can be done from the issued country of the certificate. For using the degree certificate in India, certificate should be attested from concerned HRD/MEA & corresponding Embassy of the country to which the certificate holder plans to go.
The Government of the UAE requires all educational/Personal certificates, professional or academic, issued from India to be attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate in the UAE for further attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of UAE Government before grant of UAE Visa.
Normal Attestation is done free of cost. The fee chargeable by to outsource agencies per document for apostle/normal attestation will be Rs.22/- (Personal document), Rs.18/- (Educational document) and Rs.16/- (Commercial document). 1 Special Secretary (Protocol), General Administration Department, Hyderabad.
MEA Document Attestation Procedure: All original documents requiring Attestation or Apostle by the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi, are required to be first authenticated/attested by the designated authorities/departments of the State Governments//Union Territory from where the documents were issued.
Step 1 — Authentication of documents. All original documents/copies requiring attestation from MEA must first be authenticated by the designated authorities of the concerned State/Union Territory from where the document is issued. Step 2 Attestation of documents.
Verify your documents by the Ministry or Department of Foreign Affairs in your respective country. Take the document and copy of it to the UAE embassy or consulate in your respective country.
Considering these factors, it takes about 7 to 12 business days for the Ministry of External Affairs attestation. It takes more time in case HRD attestation is involved in the process which needs university certificate verification as well. Getting the document attestation from the MEA is a lengthy process.
In India attestation of copies of original documents can be attested by Group A and B (Gazetted) officers. Further, magisterial functions of attesting affidavits etc. can be discharged by magistrates, and they belong to the managerial or highest class of Govt. servants of class A gazetted Officers.
