I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. When must a lease be in writing to be enforceable?
A: The answer is almost always yes. A written agreement can act as a roadmap for the landlord-tenant relationship, especially if a dispute arises. Also, real estate (land) leases for more than one year must be in writing. If a lease for over one year is not in writing, it will generally not be enforceable in court.
What is required for a lease to be valid?
Among the states that require written leases, valid ones must include a description of the property. The property's physical address is considered a valid description. Leases must include starting and ending dates. Additionally, a lease must include the amount of rent that is due.
Does a 6-month lease need to be in writing?
Under California law, a lease does have to be in writing to be enforceable, but only when the lease is for a period of more than a year. But if the lease was for only 9 months, then the Statute of Frauds would not apply, and the oral agreement between you and the landlord would be enforceable by either of you.
What does a 6-month lease mean?
The lease term is the amount of time the landlord wants to rent out the property. Min 6 months- means the landlord will only accept a minimum of 6 months, or any amount greater than 6 months. 3 to 6 months- means the landlord will rent the property for at least 3 months, but no more than 6 months at time.
Can you sign a six-month lease?
A typical apartment lease is for one year. The rent is usually higher for a six-month lease than it is for a standard year lease, but finding a six-month lease should not be too difficult if you know where to look.
Does a lease need to be in writing UK?
Written tenancy agreements. In England and Wales, most tenants do not have a right in law to a written tenancy agreement. However, social housing landlords such as local authorities and housing associations will normally give you a written tenancy agreement.

Is a verbal rental agreement binding in California?
The only verbal lease agreements considered legally binding in the State of California are those which last less than one year. Beyond this restriction, if the term of a lease is less than one year, but the end of the term is more than one year from the date of verbal agreement, the agreement must be put in writing.
