Easy PDF completion app
Overall from what I've used, this has been a really great way to complete and sign documents.
I liked that you can basically fill out forms but digitally. Everything is digital these days and instead of having to download and do a bunch of cumbersome steps to complete a document, you can do it straight from the app. It's much easier and cleaner.
I wish you could edit things and make changes. If you need something changed you'd have to contact the other party and have it changed then resent. But even so it's not that big a deal and it's still a great software.

A very useful tool for paperless office work.
It helps me to save paper and electricity by not using physical papers for my office documents. I do most of my office work online only with the help of this software.
It allows me to get e-signatures on my office documents. Being a cloud based program it allows me do all my pdf related work online only.
I don't find auto save feature in this application. I had to lose my unsaved work many time when I closed my system accidentally.

Its great and affordable. There are lots of little features I like. The e-sign is the best feature as my business is online and having authorization forms for the clients to sign.

Even Adobe editor couldn't help
I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.

If it were possible to drag and drop email addresses from my email to the pdf filler I believe it would be easier. I'm writing them down currently and then typing in the information.

What is the law on payment of invoices?
Unless agreed otherwise, the law states that payment must be received within 30 days of getting your invoice, or the goods or service (whichever is later). Some firms, especially larger ones, will demand longer payment terms. If they are longer than 60 days then they must be fair to both businesses.
What do you do if an invoice is not paid?
First, send them one final request for the payment containing the details of the original payment agreement you had with them. Be sure to let them know that you will be taking them to Court and filing a claim against them for the amount due if they are unable to make payment within 7 days of the request issue date.
What does an invoice legally have to have on it?
Your invoice must include: a unique identification number. Your company name, address and contact information. The company name and address of the customer you're invoicing.
How long does the government have to pay an invoice?
The government has a total of 30 days from the receipt of the invoice to process payment to the vendor. Unfortunately, that's why invoices are returned on day number 29 from some government activities indicating the reasons why it can't be paid. The law states improper invoices should be returned within seven days.
How long does a contractor have to invoice the government?
After you have delivered, and the government has accepted, the contracted product or service, all you have to do is submit a proper invoice to the billing office specified in your contract, and you're going to get paid! Under law, the government is required to pay you within 30 days.
How long does it take to pay an invoice?
Common invoice timeframes for payment include 14 days, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. Typically, the standard term of payment is 30 days or less, but you can choose any amount of time for your term. Online invoicing makes paying faster and easier for customers to pay quicker.
Do government agencies pay late fees?
The Prompt Payment rule makes sure that valid and proper invoices submitted by vendors are paid on time by federal agencies. If a vendor submits a proper and valid invoice, the agency must pay it on time. If not, the payment is late. In most cases when an agency pays a vendor late, it must pay interest.
Is an invoice legally binding?
An invoice is not a legal document on its own. While invoicing is an important accounting practice for businesses, invoices do not serve as a legally binding agreement between the business and its client. There is no proof on the invoice itself that both parties have agreed to its terms.
