User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. It works, almost a must have thing. But not everything is perfect, there are some limited options. But you will never get it perfect because it is not an original document.

In grad school, much of my reading comes from pdf files my professors post. Prior to PDFfiller, I would print out hundreds of papers in order to annotate. Now, I can annotate while conserving resources and I have access to the files no matter where or what device I use.

What do you like best?
I started using PDFfiller as an alternative to Adobe Acrobat, which is not available for Chromebook. I expected it to be something I could use to make small edits to PDFs and also to fill in non-fillable forms. It has proven to be way WAY more than that. I like that the program is incredibly versatile
What do you dislike?
I wish I could save files to by Google Drive into the folders that I want rather than having to move them from the PDFfiller folder.

Outstanding Online Support
I have used Pdffiller for the past 4 years to file tax returns for an investment group with over 40 members. I made an error when creating my template and when I went to print the 40 documents an erroneous number was appearing, the result of my error in creating the document. Fortunately Pdffiller has an online support staff. So many online companies require you to submit a ticket and then promise a 24 to 48 hour response time. Pdffiller offers that option but they have an outstanding online chat support. I had the benefit of working with Ryan and got access to him immediately upon opening up the online chat support. This was in the evening but Ryan thoroughly researched and tested my issue. Sadly the only option that appeared to be the answer was to create a new set of 40 documents which Ryan was willing to teach me how to create the docs in way that would avoid this error. When I expressed my issue with not having another 6 hours to re-create my work, Ryan persisted in finding a work around that was very creative and saved me from over six hours of new work!!! Needless to say I was ecstatic!!! Thank you Pdffiller for not only a great product but an online support staff that truly cares about helping customers get the results they require!!

I love PDFfiller!!! It does everything I need for the office at a fair price.
I am able to find time to bill insurance with the ease and use of this software. I wouldn't even bother without it.
It's easy to use, cheaper than the alternatives and has more options. Check out the comparison chart. It has taken away my frustration with insurance billing. It makes the process smooth and quick. I feel organized for once!

I ordered the yearly subscription instead of monthly and was easily able to fix this via the chat box on their website! Great customer service!

Even though I didn’t use their website
Even though I didn’t use their website, I am very satisfied with the customer service. I have subscribed and forgot about it and it took the money from my account. I contacted customer support and my issue was solved in less than a minute! If anyone has the same problem, don’t worry, just contact them and they’ll help! :)

What is a Notice of Election?
Medicare program that a beneficiary's election is on file by submitting a Notice of Election. (NOE). The NOE is submitted like a claim. The NOE processes through Medicare claims systems, which updates beneficiary records and later uses the information to adjudicate hospice claims.
How do you bill Medicare when a patient is on hospice?
Only an attending clinician who is not employed by the hospice can bill Medicare Part B for hospice care using the CPT E/M code. If the hospice physician serves as the attending physician, all services related to the terminal condition are billed to Medicare by the hospice, not directly by the physician.
How does Medicare reimburse for hospice care?
For example, if Medicare approves $100 per day for inpatient respite care, you'll pay $5 per day and Medicare will pay $95 per day. The amount you pay for respite care can change each year. Important: Once your hospice benefit starts, Original Medicare will cover everything you need related to your terminal illness.
How does hospice billing work?
Hospice providers are paid a per diem rate by Medicare to cover all daily costs of care for their patients. When hospice is elected, no other providers can bill, except under certain circumstances.
How Much Does Medicare pay per day for hospice care?
Medicare paid an average of $153 per day, per person, in 2016 to cover hospice care, in the following categories: Routine home care $193 per day for services that patients need on a day-to-day basis.
How Long Does Medicare pay for inpatient hospice?
Hospice care is for patients who have six months or less to live. However, estimating someone's life expectancy is not an exact science. Therefore, the initial Medicare hospice benefit is broken down into two 90-day benefit periods that are followed by an unlimited number of 60-day benefit periods.

How do you bill for hospice?
Follow the Rules for Hospice Election When hospice is elected, no other providers can bill, except under certain circumstances. For instance, if a hospice approves a patient to see their primary care provider (PCP) for an office visit, hospice (not Medicare) will pay that provider directly for services rendered.
