I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. its been pretty good so far, i would like to just open and print a document and i would like it if we had a feature to skip them having to click to open at pdf filler it would just be there in thier email

I didn't want to pay for this feature but it is really a great program. I only wish I would be able to be copied and review status of Signed documents as it progresses without paying additional. Or adding the file for Esign to my personal email sent file.

It has been a little difficult at times but I am computer illiterate so if I can do it or manage to figure it out I think it’s safe to say anyone’s name. I Got a few other features would be nice. Texutered, patterns of the paper texture already patterns of the paper also cut and paste; As well as Cut n pastes features.

Pricing is very good
Pricing is very good. Free trial helped a lot to discover vital features. After trial I have decided to purchase a subscription. Esign, editing, and organizing are working perfectly

Easy to Use
It's been fantastic to use to add whole sections into a document without having to re-do everything.
We haven't required something like this often, so I love that I can access this software for free, on an as-needed basis.
Haven't needed to use the software enough to have any issues arise that I couldn't troubleshoot on my own.

Could be worse for this price
I was expecting that it will be worse because I have seen a lot of weird and bad reviews. Especially in their Google extension market. But it works not bad, actually. I can recommend it.

Great to use, but wish the font/size/color of text would always remain as the original was during editing existing text, or at least show what that information is to the user.
