It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

1 Answer. You can apply password security to your form: Bring up the document properties dialog (Ctrl-D or Cmd-D), then go to the “Security” tab and select to add “Password Security”. How do I lock certain fields in PDF?
Check Advanced>Security>Show Security Properties for the list of what you can specifically restrict on an individual PDF. You can specifically Restrict 'Filling of Form Fields' on the PDF, and have the security model be a password. The rep knows the password that makes the form editable, but the client doesn't.
How do I lock a PDF with a digital signature?
Choose a Signature from the Sign As menu.
Enter the Password for the selected digital signature.
Select an Appearance, or choose To create New Appearance.
Enable Lock Document After Signing if this option is available.
