In the left pane of the Certificates console, expand the Personal node and then click on Certificates. In the right pane, right-click the certificate that lists Encrypting File System under Intended Purposes, and then select All Tasks → Export. When the Certificate Exports Wizard opens, click Next.
How do I export a certificate?
Open the MMC (Start > Run > MMC). Go to File > Add / Remove Snap In. Double Click Certificates. Select Computer Account. Select Local Computer > Finish. Click OK to exit the Snap-In window.
