Very useful service. Trying to create a fillable pdf is made simple. Although when it's downloaded, one or two areas are not fillable anymore so have to do it again.

it has been hard getting back to my document, probably because an icon has not popped up on my screen and the form is not in my laptop document file. it's not letting me add lines to the lists though that might be a hard lock in the form. However the section instruction's say that you can add. Mostly I have only used PDF filler on this complicated form and am learning by trial and error.

What do you like best?
I use the e signatures the most and I like the ability to convert documents into other docs.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to load multiple documents for signatute instead of one at a time.

What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

I am currently a law school student. There are a lot of forms I have had to fill out and PDFfiller makes this so much easier because I can just send them electronically to those who are alright with receiving them electronically.

Forgot something on you PDF? this software got your back It really happens to everyone, somethings you just miss something on a document that is already a pdf, with this tool you can fix it right away. Let's be real, it happens to all of us, we made or receive a pdf, and we forget to sign it or add a line, even just correct a typo. PDF filler will just let you convert this to a word doc so you can fix all you need. Nothing, easy to use, easy to convert again to pdf and help a lot if you just lost the original file.

For a contract to be valid, it must have four key elements: agreement, capacity, consideration, and intention.
Get it in writing. Keep it simple. Deal with the right person. Identify each party correctly. Spell out all the details. Specify payment obligations. Agree on circumstances that terminate the contract.
Has approval and commitment of the parties. Rights of the parties are identified. Payment terms are identified. The contract has commercial substance. Collect ability of consideration is probable.
Revenue Recognition: Contract Enforceability Provisions. Under the guidance in ASC 605, when an entity is able to demonstrate through past arrangements that the revenue is either realized or realizable and earned, an entity can recognize revenue even without the presence of a legally signed contract.
Revenue Recognition is the accounting rule that defines revenue as an inflow of assets, not necessarily cash, in exchange for goods or services and requires the revenue to be recognized at the time, but not before, it is earned. You use revenue recognition to create G/L entries for income without generating invoices.
Revenue can be recognized at the point of sale, before, and after delivery, or as part of a special sales transaction. The transactions that apply to recognizing revenue before delivery fall into three subcategories: Prior to Production: includes scenarios involving the contracting of sales well ahead of delivery.
Before revenue is recognized, the following criteria must be met: persuasive evidence of an arrangement must exist. Delivery must have occurred or services been rendered. The seller's price to the buyer must be fixed or determinable. And collect ability should be reasonably assured.
Identify the contract(s) with a customer. Identify the performance obligations in the contract. Determine the transaction price. Allocate the transaction price to the performance obligations in the contract. Recognize revenue when (or as) the entity satisfies a performance obligation.
