Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. Loving the tool. It would be great if you could add an eye dropper feature so that if I alter text or numbers that are over a color background I can erase the copy fill in the area with the original background color and then revise the copy over the background fill

What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.

This is a great app, I just can't afford it right now, that's all. It's well worth the investment if you can afford it though! Trust and believe that! They will give you a free trial period. So, try it and you will see! It really is a great PDF app!

I have been trying to cancel my…
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.

How do you transfer a deed on an inherited property?
Get a copy of the probated will. Obtain a certified copy of the death certificate. Draft a new deed that names you as the property owner. Sign the new deed and have it notarized.
How do you transfer a deed after death?
File an Affidavit of Death form, an original certified death certificate, executor approval for the transfer, a Preliminary Change of Ownership Report form and a transfer tax affidavit. All signed forms should be notarized. Pay all applicable fees to get the title deed, which is the official notice of ownership.
How do you transfer a deed to a house if the owner dies without a will?
Check the deed to see if there is another owner. Obtain a petition for probate. Complete the petition. File the petition with the court clerk. Understand that it is not necessary to record a deed to change title of real property after it is probated. Go to the county tax assessor's office to file forms.
What happens when one person on a deed dies?
Joint tenants cannot sell or pass on their interest in the property without breaking the joint tenancy. However, when that last owner dies, the property will go through probate if that owner did not make avoid it for example, by putting the property in a living trust or by using a transfer-on-death deed.
