PDFfiller in a medical office Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier. I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc. I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice. Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

Works well Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.

What do you like best? I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price. What do you dislike? At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome. Recommendations to others considering the product: Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.

The formula for reorder quantity is the average daily usage multiplied by the average lead time. The reorder point is the reorder quantity plus the allowance for safety stock. If average daily sales of widgets is 2.5 and the average lead time is eight days, the reorder quantity equals 20 widgets.
Two bins are kept having items at different level. When first bin is exhausted, it indicates reorder. Second bin is a reserve stock and used during lead-time period. ESQ = mathematical device for arriving at the purchase quantity of an item that will minimize the cost.
Reorder level is the stock level of a particular item of inventory, at which a firm needs to place an order for the fresh supply or replenishment of the item. Whereas reorder quantity is the magnitude or the number of units to be ordered in a new purchase order for the fresh supply of a particular inventory item.
To calculate the reorder level, multiply the average daily usage rate by the lead time in days for an inventory item. For example, Wilberforce Products experiences average daily usage of its black widget of 100 units, and the lead time for procuring new units is eight days.
Definition of Re-order Level of Stock or Ordering Level. The reorder level of stock is the stock level fixed between maximum and minimum stock levels, at which an order for the replenishment of stock should be placed. In other words, it is that level of inventory at which purchase order should be placed.
Reorder Point = Normal consumption during lead-time + Safety Stock. Several factors determine how much delivery time stock and safety stock should be held. In summary, the efficiency of a replenishment system affects how much delivery time is needed. Reorder level = Average daily usage rate x lead-time in days.
