Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. Convenient, Easy, and Potentially Free!
I edit a lot (A LOT) of PDF documents. I love that I can edit, fill, sign from anywhere - on the go, on my phone, in the car, in the hotel. I can get it done and quickly. One of my most used tools hands down.
I would like to see the website redesigned to be slightly more user friendly.

Great tool in a pinch!
The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times.
This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. It was easy to use and I was able to print without watermarks. It also saves my work virtually and I can resume anytime. The additional features it had was really useful to share files and even notarize.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

Legal Requirements Rule 5.2(a), titled Redacted Filings, provides that filings can only include the last four digits of a Social Security or tax ID number, the year of an individual's birth, a minor's initials or the last four digits of a financial account number.

How do you redact a document?
Use the paper document method to redact a scanned file. Print out the paper document. Cut out the text that needs to be redacted. Use opaque tape or paper to cover the redacted sections. Scan the document and save it as a PDF.
