I completed the first PDF form and it was a little tough maneuvering through the documents, savings. It was a little disingenuous to wait until I was finished to document to find out that I would be billed annually as apposed to monthly, when the advertising gave the amount payable monthly.

At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Once you applied redaction to your document, then you cannot redact the content. But if you want to redact text before applying the result, you have two options, one is to select the redaction that you want to remove and then press the “Delete” button on your keyboard.
Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. ... Drag cursor over the text you want to redact to select it. ... Right-click over selected text and choose Edit and then Redact from the right-click menu.
To view the image markups made to a document, click the Views/Edits/Markups tab. The Redaction History and Highlight History section will have information on the markups. Click the to remove an individual markup, or click “Remove All Redactions” or “Remove All Highlights” to remove them all.
Open the PDF file to redact in Preview. Black out text using any method you want (e.g. use the rectangle annotation tool with black as the color and choose the thickest border. Then draw the shape as many times as needed until your document is blacked out.) File > Save As, and choose an image format such as PNG or GIF.
Redaction will remove the sensitive information permanently from the file. Once you applied redaction to your document, then you cannot redact the content.
Hide Text in PDF. Click on the “Protect” tab and select “Mark for Redaction”. Then go to the page where you want to hide text and select the text. You can also use the “Search & Redact” option to search for a particular word and hide it on all pages at once.
Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. It includes the Redaction Tools. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
