What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.

This tool was inexpensive and conmparable to any other apps that are PDF based. I had no issues learning and it has many tie ins with cloud based docs and desktop access. No limitations. Very happy

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
