My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. I needed to fill out a one-off 6 page form and was looking for a free app to do it. When I Googled for this you came up and I did not track it was not free until I completed the form. Then I was "stuck" b/c I needed it asap and the request for payment did not come up until the end. I was not happy and would never have used the program had I tracked what happened. That being said, it was an excellent program and if I had to fill out forms routinely, I would recommend it. But since I don't need this app, please cancel my subscription.

Wish we had a phone number to speak to customer service directly. I am old school and like to get directions with a call otherwise you have a great service.

Haven't noticed any downside. Have been even able to access from my smart phone as well.

Offer tutorials on instructions and examples of usage of the features. Currently going thru trial and error which so far has worked well

PDF filler has been a true hero for me and my daughters competition projects and has placed first!
It is very easy to use and convenient! I love how there are many options for fonts and sizes and how easy it is to print the document and save it!
Sometimes when I print out the documents it is really tiny and hard to read. This is the only con to using this product that I can think of.

One time using pdfFiller the first time…
One time using pdfFiller the first time saved me time doing a very basic operation (checking off fields when I was entering information from forms into another program). I have used the other program for over 15 years but recently moved from a PC to MacBook Pro. The program for Mac is harder to use than the PC product. I have spent too much time and frustration with that program. After one use, I had to spend much less time with little frustration. I hope it continues as I using pdfFiller

I have used pdfFiller multiple times…
I have used pdfFiller multiple times and love their product. I primarily use it when applying for jobs and need a pdf converter to fill out applications. I like that I can just subscribe for the time I need the program and then cancel it. I also like that all my documents are saved to my account even after I cancel the service. I can just resubscribe and pick up where I left off. Customer support is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend pdfFiller.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but...
It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
