It was really easy to use the very first time I used it. It is also cloud based so if I need to use it on a different computer, all I have to do is log in on that computer.

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. It think it can be very useful once I get the hang of it. Disappointed that for a yearly subscription of $72.00 you don't get access to the erase feature. This feature is even free online. Do consider and include it.

It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

Using it to send IRS forms, very flexible options. Would like to enlarge the font size for printing some forms. If I use it more in future I will be interested in the webinar, but no need right now.

It was a little difficult to navigate at first, but has allowed me to begin to file paper claims with insurance companies for a small medical company. Help was quick when I asked. Alignment is a little off, but it gave me a good, cheap start.

PDFfiller is great, but other free options are just as good
I love the ease of use. I have to fill out a ton of PDF files and it really made my life easier.
I don't like that it costs money. I'd rather deal with ads then pay. There are plenty of other options out there that are free and just as easy to use.

It is a bit frustrating to learn how to send it to my computer to be accessed and modified as needed. Right now it serves me as a trial, but I wouldn't pay for this.
