I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. The go-to for creating useful PDF files
This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too!
Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

The best tool for automated form fills
Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation.
User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.

Forms are fairly easy to fill out however it would be better if there was a tab function to go between blocks.

The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.
