PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

pdfFiller is a major player
pdfFiller is a major player, it seems to have everything I would ever need. It has been impossible to find anything as good. Also, it is intuitive I have limited computer experience and only once had to contact learner support and than they could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

Great Functionality, Amazing Customer Support, Great Experience Overall
This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. How do I get rid of bookmarks in PDF?
How to Delete Bookmarks Select the bookmark with the mouse and press Delete on your keyboard. Select the bookmark with the mouse and click on the delete button at the top of the bookmark panel. Right-click (Mac: Ctrl + Click) on the bookmark in the bookmark tree and choose the Delete option in the mouse menu.
How do you split a PDF without losing bookmarks?
Choose View > Tools > Pages to open the Tools panel. Click the Split Document button. Select Split document by: Top-level bookmarks and click on OK.
How do I remove bookmarks from a combined PDF?
If you want to delete multiple PDF bookmarks, select them and delete them at once. Just hold the "CTRL" button on your Windows computer and click to select the respective bookmarks. You can then hit the "Remove bookmarks" button to complete the job.
