Learn to Replace the Recipient of Signature Request
It often happens that a document gets sent to the wrong signer, or there is one common template that has to be signed by different people. In this case, you can use the feature of the SignNow Replace Recipient and save a lot of time by simply changing the email addresses of the recipients in the corresponding field.
First, upload the document by clicking the Upload Document button.

To open the document select More and then Open Document.

Next, add a signature field. Choose it from the left toolbar and drag it to an exact place in the document.

Once you’ve finished, click Done.

Now click Invite to Sign on your right.

In the new pop-up menu insert the signer’s email address and press the Send Invite button.

Once the document is sent, and it is waiting to be signed, you have the opportunity to replace a recipient and send it to others.

You can do this by choosing Insert Signer when clicking the recipient’s email address.

Now, add a new email address.
