I'm computer illiterate and even I could easily use this It saved me time and money, thank you :) Easy to use and easy to understand format, it made me feel like a pro lol, and I love the feature of being able to download your copies to your computer in either a PDF or a Word file, personally I dislike PDF files but if you have to send or receive them this is the perfect tool to do it with. Have already recommended it to several friends and family.

What do you like best? What I like best is that I can upload my documents. I then edit them as needed. I can print, save, and fax all from within the application. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? I cannot pinpoint one thing that I dislike. I use this application regularly. It fits all my day-to-day needs, whether that is business or personal. The fee for business users could have a certain percentage off. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? There is a lot of signing documents in the business I work in. With this application, instead of printing the paper, singing it, scanning it back into the computer, then exporting it where it needs to go. I can sign via text and, from there, can ship where it needs to go.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. You can replace as many documents as you might need in your envelope or template by clicking the "Replace" button provided as part of the document actions dropdown menu (three dots at the bottom right corner of the document).
How to Change Your Signature in ? Step 1: Log in to Your Account. Step 2: Go to Your Profile Settings. Step 3: Click on 'My Signature' Step 4: Choose the Signature You Want to Change. Step 5: Modify Your Signature. Step 6: Save Your Changes.
Once the sent envelope is found, the user can select the document that requires editing. Within the document, locate the particular fields or sections that need updating. Click on each field to make changes, suchp>as correcting information, updating data, or modifying text.
From the Agreements page, locate the in process envelope for which you want to correct information. Click the more options icon and select Correct.

As an administrator, you can edit custom fields for documents. In eSignature Admin, select Document Custom Fields. The page has a list of document custom fields for the account. Find the custom field you want to edit. Edit the custom field as needed. Select SAVE to save the changes.
For most forms, once you have completed your part of the form, neither you nor any other reviewers can make changes to the fields you've completed. A sender can, however, make changes to recipient information if the recipient has not yet completed their part of the form.
