It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.

Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Hi, For the easier way, you can use Duplicate Detection: Go to Settings -→ Data Management, and find Duplicate Detection Rules, create your detection rules: Set the field criteria that you want.
In the Power Platform admin center, select an environment. Select Settings > Data management > Duplicate detection jobs. Select New, or select the name of the duplicate detection job you want to run. Select Next. In the Look for drop-down list, select the record type that you want to check for duplicates.

You start by selecting the 2 records that you want to merge (Not you can only merge 2 records together at a time) Then you just have to select merge on the top menu. Once the pop-up screen shows up, select which one will be master record.
