The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. How do you create a hidden watermark word that shows when a document is copied?
On the Design tab -- Page Layout in Word 2007 and 2010 -- click on the “Watermark” button in the Page Background section to choose your watermark. There are preset watermarks that will be visible when the document is viewed or printed, however you can choose the Custom Watermark option to design an unobtrusive one.
