What do you like best?
I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.

In Design view, right-click anywhere in the column that contains the field you want to format, and then choose Properties from the shortcut menu. Click in the Format property, and then click the arrow to display the format options. Choose a format option from the drop-down list.
Click in the Field Size property, open the drop-down menu, and choose Single. Press TAB, open the drop-down menu, and choose Fixed. Click in the Decimal Places property. Open the drop-down menu and select 4.
In Design view, right-click anywhere in the column that contains the field you want to format, and then choose Properties from the shortcut menu. Click in the Format property, and then click the arrow to display the format options. Choose a format option from the drop-down list.
Re: Remove Decimals In Table. You can go to the data view, select the appropriate column, and then select the Modeling ribbon and then formatting tab. You can either change to a Whole Number or reduce Decimal Number to show 0 decimal places.
Stop round number Access 2016. I can't stop MS Access 2016 rounding my decimal places to the nearest whole number. I thought the fix was simple — go to the field property ribbon and set the field data type to Number, the format to Standard and use the toggle button to the desired number of decimals.
When you have the table open in design mode, click on the field in question. In the lower pane you will see properties of the number, change the field size to either Single or Double.
For number fields, the field size determines exactly how much disk space Access uses for each value of the field. For text fields, the field size determines the maximum amount of disk space that Access allows for each value of the field.
