in a nutshell: sooooooooooo much better than adobe acrobat. i'm a new user, but this was just infinitely less frustrating (and i'm hoping less expensive) that dealing with adobe.

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.

This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Easy and quickness of maneuvering through various forms which I am unfamiliar with completing.
Everything - there are no unknowns when using this program. It makes creating forms extremely easy!

Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

Gets the job done!
Amazing, all sorts of adjustments can be made (Text, highlight, signature, templates etc). User friendly and a simple enough design. Cheaper too! My only issue is internet connection, perhaps if it was available offline (I'm not sure if that's a feature or not), it would honestly replace Adobe Acrobat all together.

Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.

How do I reduce file size of upload?
Locate the file or folder that you want to compress. Right-click the file or folder, point to Send to, and then click Compressed (zipped) folder. A new compressed folder is created in the same location.
How can I make my file size smaller?
Right-click the picture in your document. Select Format Picture from the shortcut menu. Select the Picture tab. Click the Compress button in lower left. Select your options. Click OK. (I'm sure that last step is always a surprise)
How do I make a PDF file smaller, so I can upload it?
Locate the PDF file you want to make smaller. Click on and hold the PDF file. Drag the PDF file to the Drop PDF here icon on the screen. The file will upload and begin compressing. Scroll down and click on Download File Now. Select the location where you'd like to save the file. Click on Save.
How do I reduce the size of a file?
From the file menu, select Reduce File Size. Change the picture quality to one of the available options besides High Fidelity. Choose which images you want to apply the compression to and click Ok.
How can I make a file smaller without compressing it?
Navigate to the folder that contains a file you'd like to compress and click that file to select it. Click the ribbon's “Share” tab and then click “Zip.” A new compressed folder appears in File Explorer. Its name matches the name of the file you selected. This folder contains a smaller, compressed version of your file.
How do you reduce the file size of a JPEG photo?
Make a copy of the image file. Open the image in Paint. Select the entire image. Click the “Resize” button. Use the “Resize” fields to change the size of the image. Click “OK” to see your resized image. Drag the canvas edges to match the resized image. Save your resized image.
