I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.

IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN
I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey.
What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .

Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. Honestly, I have them bookmarked on my webpage so that if/when I need their services again, I'll definitely be going back!

How do you activate a break clause?
Make sure it is the right decision for you once a tenant has activated their break clause then they will be unable to go back on that decision on their own. As the tenant you should make sure you leave sufficient time to fulfil all the conditions within the break clause before going ahead with exercising it.
How do you use a break clause?
A break clause is a provision that can be included in a lease agreement allowing either party to end the lease early if certain conditions are met. It can be granted for the benefit of either the landlord or the tenant, or for both. It allows the benefitting parties a way out if they need to end the tenancy early.
Is a break clause a legal requirement?
A break clause will usually specify the length of notice required to end the tenancy by both the tenant and the landlord. There is no minimum period of notice that a break clause must require in order to be valid, because the clause is a matter of contract.
