So far it has worked for what I need. I wish there was a better price for non profit corporations. AZ Exotic Bird Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 charity but I had to buy myself because of the cost.

Its a great tool. I use it and will continue to. The price seems steep but I bought it for a year, so I guess it's in my price range. Still wish it was cheaper. I'll admit I'm a penny puncher though. So I can be a cheap one.

Overall, I have been satisfied with PDFfiller
The software works just like advertised. I love that it is super reliable to work when I need it.
The user interface was slightly challenging to get used to but after that, it has been nice.

So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

Is it better to scan or photograph old photos?
Scanning will be better for flat prints and the scanner will hold them nice and flat (more difficult when being photographed). Miscopying might be better for luster prints, but you will need even illumination and in this case it will be more hassle.
Is it better to scan photos as PDF or JPEG?
PDF is not a good format to scan photographs with, as you have no control over how images are compressed, and editing them is much more difficult than TIFF or PNG. In general, PDF files will actually use JPEG compression anyways, without being able to even set the quality.
Is it okay to scan old photos?
As a rule, it's generally best to consider a flatbed scanner, as they are least likely to damage your delicate photos. If your budget is a little higher, you may prefer purchasing a scanner that can scan your old negatives and slides as well as printed photos.
Is it better to scan or photograph artwork?
The short answer is also No. You should not just take a photograph of your works and use that for art reproduction. The odds you will be able to do this up to a sufficient level of quality — one that reflects that work you put in to your original works, is very low.
Can I take a picture instead of scanning?
Yes, just take a picture of the docs and crop the unwanted items and send it. Or you can use cam scanner (mobile app) that will do all you're scanning and precise cropping of your documents.
What is the difference between scanning and taking a picture?
