I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. Revised Invoice It is sent when a buyer returns goods to the seller. It is given when a supplier receives returned goods from the buyer. It is issued when there is a discrepancy in the issued invoice.
