It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

I really like it. I have not read all of the instructions, but have used it on several forms. Would like to know how to print a form, without all of the background being printed. I mean, I upload a form. Fill it in and then try to print to the form that I have. It prints everything, when I just want to print what I filled in. For instance, had a problem with my QuickBooks. Wanted to print a check, quickly. Thought I will just upload a check, fill it in and print in on my check. It wanted to print everything. Of course, the bank will not take that, because if it just isn't quite right, it can look altered. Is there a way to do it? Of course, as you know everyone just wants to start working and not read the instructions. Thank you

PDF filler has been a life saver! So many times I have been required to fill out documents that most would typically print out, fill by hand, scan, and email back. PDF filler has allowed me to save time by being able to fill out the forms digitally, tremendously increasing my productivity and turn around time. All documents are neat and professional-looking, including my digital signature! Initially I was unsure about whether or not it was worth spending the money on PDF filler b/c I wasn't sure how often I would be using it, but now I would definitely say it's worth it! An absolute necessity for any business to have to get things filled out quickly and neatly!

What I like most about PDFfiller is that it is very easy to fill out the form electronically. It fills out any blank space of the PDF form from the loaded document.

How do you write off a warranty?
Accrue the warranty expense with a debit to the warranty expense account and a credit to the warranty liability account. As actual warranty claims are received, debit the warranty liability account and credit the inventory account for the cost of the replacement parts and products sent to customers.
Can you write off home warranty?
In the United States of America, homeowners unfortunately do not enjoy the benefit of exemption on a home warranty premium you pay for your residence. However, warranty premiums can be tax-deductible if they are on an income producing building. Only the owner will be able to consider premiums as deductible expense.
Is homeowners insurance deductible in 2019?
Generally, homeowners insurance is not tax-deductible, nor are premiums, even though your premiums may be included in your mortgage payments. It means you, unfortunately, cannot itemize any payments for home insurance including fire, theft, and comprehensive coverage nor title insurance on your tax return.
Is home warranty a selling expense?
Unfortunately, the IRS will not allow you to deduct the cost of a home warranty as a selling expense when computing the gain/loss on a sale of your home.
What is the deductible for American Home Shield?
The $125 per call fee will lower your monthly payment on your home warranty plan. The deductibles are paid for trade service call fees every time a contractor is sent to the home, regardless of whether the issue reported is deemed covered or non-covered.

Home repairs are not deductible but home improvements are. If you use your home purely as your personal residence, you obtain no tax benefits from repairs. You cannot deduct any part of the cost. However, home improvements are treated differently.

Total number of units sold X Percentage of units that are defective. Units needing repair or replacement X cost per unit to repair or replace. 14 water bottles x $4 per water bottle = $56 cost of inventory.
