A Great Time Saving Tool
This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time.
The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

I used this PDFfiller for the 1st time…
I used this PDFfiller for the 1st time and it worked great. I was able to drag the document that was sent to me into the PDF filler and it opened all the fields so I could edit and resend.

Free not so Free
Easy to use and alter forms to fit my needs. Was disappointed that it seemed to be free until you get to the end and you have to pay. Thankfully there was the option of the 30 day free trial.

How do I edit words in a document?
Try it! Select the text you want to replace. To select a single word, double-click it. To select a line, click to the left of it. Start typing.
Does Ubuntu have a word processor?
The Word Writer comes in-built in Ubuntu and is available in the Software launcher. The icon is encircled in red in the above screenshot. Once we click on the icon, the writer will launch. We can start typing in the Writer as we normally would do in Microsoft Word.

Ubuntu comes with LibreOffice as a part of the distribution. Open your file in LO Writer and edit. LO is claimed to be compatible with MS Office, but I'd rather say Word is compatible with LO Writer in that, that for most applications, LO Writer (and its native ODT format) is more stable and essentially fool-proof.
