Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. Easy Forms
It has been good, but the saving of the files is not that easy, have to upload document every time you want a new copy.
The easiness to write pdf's and print them out.
The documents are not categorized and it would make it easier to find.

I had to work on and sign some pdf documents urgently. I signed up for pdfFiller and, without any instructions, I navigated the software myself and finished my work within an hour.

I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.
